Test Technician M/F

Role Summary

In our Physical Testing laboratory,

You carry out tests according to precise standards or methods and in compliance with customer deadlines while respecting the performance of the Cofrac quality system

• You perform these tests on various materials or finished products, including personal protective equipment (shoes, gloves, clothing, boots, etc.)
• You check the consistency of the results before returning them to the laboratory manager
• You participate in the proper functioning of the laboratory, in particular by checking the operational conformity of measuring instruments and equipment

Requirements

You come from a technical background (for example: DUT Physical Measurements, BTS Physical Techniques for Industry and the Laboratory (TPIL) or BTS Industrial Mechanics & Automation or BTS Textile Innovation or equivalent). You will use an abrasimeter to perform abrasion tests and a dynameter to perform tear, tensile, elongation and puncture tests. Knowledge of these devices is a plus. You ideally have experience in industry and if possible in test control. You are manual and enjoy bench work. You are comfortable with office tools.

Permanent contract

• Remuneration to be defined according to profile, initial training and experience.
• Social package: 13th month, mutual insurance, meal voucher, transport bonus, mutual insurance
• Position based in Gerland.
