Leak Detection Technician M/F

Role Summary

The missions to be carried out are

• humidity diagnosis
• the implementation of leak detection techniques
• signing legal documents (purchase form, receipt report, etc.)
• recovery of payments
• writing reports

You will benefit from 6 months of field training.

Will be provided: a service vehicle, a cell phone, a laptop and all leak detection equipment.

Appointments with clients are made by head office.

Clients can be condominium trustees and individuals

Requirements

• At Bac +2 level, you have a first successful professional experience in the same type of function (electrician, electro-technician, maintenance technician).
• You have a good knowledge of the structure of buildings.
• You are proficient in IT tools.
• You have good interpersonal skills and you have a sense of customer service.
• Careful and rigorous in nature, you also have a good sense of analysis and deduction.
• You are capable of carrying out interventions at height.
