Expert Production Technician M/F

Role Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader, your role is 1st level maintenance of equipment, adjustment intervention, start-up, shutdown of production equipment.

As such, your main missions are as follows

• Adjustment and control of production parameters,
• Adjustment of machines during production,
• Proposes technical improvements to limit machine downtime,
• Diagnosis of machine breakdowns and 1st level maintenance, relay if necessary to the Maintenance department, Monitoring of interventions with the Maintenance department and the team leader,
• Troubleshooting alone or with maintenance assistance,
• Monitoring of equipment to note damage and plan for prevention. Daily monitoring of machines with checklist,
• Start of the workshop,
• Start-up of all machines,
• Shutdown of the workshop (disassembly of injection heads, shutdown of each machine),
• Supply of machines,
• Replacement of the Team Leader.

Requirements

• With BAC+2 training, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function as well as knowledge in maintenance and operation of automated lines, pneumatics, electricity and mechanics.
• You are responsive, have a sense of organization and a spirit of initiative.
