Role Summary

Management and Organization

• Manage the logistics service by being proactive in making the flows for which you are responsible more reliable and optimizing: receptions, workstation supply, shipping, storage

-Be the operational manager of the handler by partially delegating logistical tasks to him (organization & control of the handler's work)

Responsibilities

What will your missions be?

You will be responsible for managing receipts and shipments

• Manage shipments based on the shipment schedule (calculation of transported volumes, choice of suitable Carrier, combination and optimization of transports)
• Prepare and physically organize shipments based on the day's shipping schedule, guaranteeing the quality of the goods and optimizing time
• Ensure IT tasks in the internal ERP, and associated administrative tasks
• Be in contact with carriers (messenger – Couriers – Drivers), and ensure deadlines
• Inventory management:
• Manage material flows (inputs-outputs) by ensuring the concordance of physical and computer stocks,
• you carry out monthly physical inventories, you guarantee the accuracy of stocks.
• Update item sheets by entering volumes and weights in Navision (ERP)
• Guarantee and optimize the physical storage of reception - finished products - trading stores (classification by customer, by order, storage optimization in relation to downstream flows, etc.)
• Label pallets upon receipt and upon exit from production

Handling

• You are responsible for internal flows in the factory, optimizing machine feeding, removing pallets of finished products, optimizing storage areas,
• You use a forklift, caces 3
• Palletize, Film, Store

You are responsible for the quality (physical and visually perceived) of product loading, while optimizing truck filling, strapping and filming of products

Requirements

Your assets

• You have similar experience in a logistics position, within an SME, in the management of external flows and production. You ideally have a caces 3, and experience driving a cart.
• Recognized for your dynamism and rigor, you are organized, you like working in the production department.

-Position based in St Julien de Concelles. Salaries depending on profile (between 20 and 25 thousand gross annual wages)
