Role Summary
The job of “Maintenance Technician” is for the installation of lifting equipment (aerial handling); (depending on scope) other industrial means and their commissioning for our customers, troubleshooting, preventive and curative maintenance as well as the modernization (renovation) of the latter according to technical specifications specific to the products and in compliance with internal safety rules.
The technician will be required to travel to the Le Mans sector.
The missions are as follows
- Establish a technical diagnosis following customer request and carry out troubleshooting to resolve the technical anomaly,
- Carry out preventive maintenance visits according to pre-established maintenance ranges (detailed task action list),
- Repair and/or modernize existing installations according to the recommendations of the sales team,
Carry out periodic general inspections of the equipment at the customer's premises in order to ensure the conformity of the devices according to the standards in force,
Install new equipment according to projects marketed by the sales teams,
Write reports of technical work carried out for clients on digital media in a pre-established format,
Know how to demonstrate and explain the different actions produced (for example: Analyze recurrences of breakdowns then propose improvement actions to optimize equipment availability, etc.).
Requirements
- Have a training base in electrical engineering and mechanics.
- Reading an electrical diagram.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics would be a plus.
- Knowledge in the use of different IT and digital resources (smartphone, tablet),
- License B,
- Electrical authorization (specific to the targeted sites), CACES nacelle, Authorization to work at height/wearing a harness ideally.
