We are looking for a home-office service technician (m/f/x) for our BeLux market as soon as possible.

Project organization and responsibility for the technical implementation of complex IT systems projects (installation, configuration)

Analysis, advice, implementation and documentation of solutions in customer environments

Support for national and international subsidiaries, partners and major customers and independent implementation of qualification/research for solutions activities.

Creation of Proof-Of-Concepts for partners

Solid computer knowledge, acquired through studies or training

Analytical skills for independent problem analysis and solution-oriented working style

Basic knowledge of project management

Knowledge of vector graphics editing (desirable)

Experience with databases, virtualization, network protocols and IT security mechanisms (desirable)

Basic knowledge of programming (desirable)

Accurate communication skills

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Strong customer and service orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking

Very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English

As part of international project activities, fully mobile and in possession of a driving license
