HVAC plumbing design technician

Role Summary

Reporting to the Business Manager, you ensure the studies are carried out and are guarantor of the technical quality and profitability of the business.

As such, your main missions are as follows

• Design, implementation of the project and calculation of the constraints of the work,
• Analysis of technical choices and definition of equipment and materials according to the constraints of the work,
• Creation of execution plans for each stage of the project implementation process,
• Creation of HVAC diagrams and nomenclatures
• Technical assistance necessary to resolve site or customer issues,
• Preparation of quotes and costing of installations,
• Optimization of costs and completion times,
• Creation of DOEs.

Requirements

• Bac +2 training or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. You have a good technical mastery and French standards, you have a good knowledge of finishing work, in collective housing, software used: Autocad.
• You are recognized for your rigor, your analytical and organizational skills, you enjoy working in a team.
