Reporting to the After-Sales Team Leader, you will join a team of 5 after-sales technicians.

Your main mission is to ensure that our customers' equipment is maintained in operational conditions and to carry out their metrological verification, in the laboratory and on customer site.

After complete training in our products and methods, you will work independently on high-tech equipment, with a mainly industrial, production and laboratory clientele.

Your activities revolve around the following axes

• Troubleshooting laboratory equipment, down to component level
• Interventions with clients (approximately 50% of the time):
• Troubleshooting
• Metrological verification
• Travel in France and occasionally internationally
• Contribution to continuous improvement:
• Proposals for optimizing after-sales processes
• Sharing of good technical practices

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 training (BTS, DUT) in Electronics or Industrial Computing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment or test equipment
• Professional English required (customer interactions, documentation)
• Knowledge of German is a welcome asset
