Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and handling of process quality abnormalities, organize the review of non-conforming products and track the implementation of corrective and preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of quality problems.
- Supervise and guide the execution of on-site inspection activities, optimize inspection standards and inspection methods, and improve the effectiveness of inspections.
- Organize or participate in process audits (stratified audits, Gemba, special audits, etc.), support system audits, customer audits and internal audits.
- Report improvement opportunities based on analysis of factual data such as SPC, audit results, internal issues, capability index, etc.
- Organize customer complaint investigations, and work with other departments to eliminate root causes, verify the effectiveness of corrective actions, and lead the preparation and customer submission of 8D reports.
- Coordinate the return, repair and re-delivery of faulty parts, and prepare repair spare parts for customers on-site.
- Regularly analyze customer quality data, look for improvement opportunities, and promote the complete elimination of similar problems.
- Participate in the process development and verification of new products, and lead the establishment of effective process/quality control systems.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of flow charts and PMEA, formulate control plans, inspection instructions, etc., and formulate PPAP when necessary.
- Complete regular reports or other reports required by the company or department, including process inspections, quality indicators, improvement projects, engineering changes, new product introduction, etc.
- Guide junior engineers and technicians in their daily work and support cross-departmental quality knowledge and tool training.
- Complete other tasks assigned by QA supervisor, manager or above.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or quality engineering related majors.
- More than 10 years of work experience, including more than 5 years of quality-related work experience and more than 3 years of work experience in the electrical industry.
- Candidates familiar with circuit breaker products will be given priority. Has rich experience in operating ISO/TS16949 quality management system.
- Familiar with and have practical experience in quality tools such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), CP (Control Plan), SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement System Analysis) and 8D.
- Have strong self-motivation and leadership, and have good communication and coordination skills.
