Role Summary

• Experience in Retail/Payments: Previous knowledge in acquiring, sub-acquiring, fintechs or large e-commerce/retail platforms (sales processing and transfers).

• Crisis and Resilience Management: Experience in orchestrating critical incidents (war rooms) calmly under pressure, conducting productive post-mortems/RCAs and communicating status clearly and executively;
• Analytical Thinking and Business Vision: Critical vision to translate systems behavior into financial/operational impacts and calibrate highly assertive and actionable alerts;
• Influence and Collaboration: Strong ability to establish alliances and move between development teams, products, business areas and external suppliers;
• Organization, Proactivity and Autonomy: Ability to prioritize support demands in dynamic and fast-paced environments, acting as an agent of change without constant dependence on management.
