The professional in this position will be responsible for

Install automatic equipment, organizing the execution of services and preparing locations for the execution of services.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems and equipment.

Complete daily service reports, request materials and others and work following safety, hygiene, quality and environmental protection standards, aiming to ensure the full functioning of the equipment and compliance with the necessary process and quality parameters.

Identify maintenance needs and promote the organization and implementation of a workflow that guarantees safety for all labor provided by the client.

Responsible for carrying out electrical assembly and maintenance activities, such as: Turning off, starting and maintaining engines; Turn off and on photocells; Disconnect and connect tracking devices (encoders); Maintenance of electrical panels; Carry out measurements of electrical quantities; Replacement of any damaged component of the electrical or mechanical installation; Limit adjustment and sensors/photocells; Dismantle, assemble and maintain pulleys; Dismantle, assemble, maintain and replace bearings and shafts; Repair and change belts; Conveyor maintenance; Checking tension and alignment of belts.

Prepare specific reports and/or work diary describing, with technical details and photos, the inspections and maintenance carried out and/or work related to the assembly processes of new and renovated equipment.

We hope you have

• Complete Technical Education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Instrumentation and/or related areas;
• NR-10 certification;
• Basic English;
• Office Package;
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Electrical/electronic and mechanical skills;
• Experience in electromechanical assembly and maintenance;
• Notions of interpreting projects and drawings;
• Knowledge in parameterization and commissioning of Frequency Inverters (SEW);

Knowledge in the execution of assembly and disassembly of motors, bearings, measurement of electrical quantities and the correct handling of tools and measuring equipment, instruments and materials used in services (ammeters, voltmeters, among others).
