Role Summary
Provide assistance to the Commercial team by preparing quotes and delivering information to the customer in a timely manner, follow up and seek customer satisfaction.
- Search for the most cost-effective tests for customers and for Eurofins, choosing the best method and laboratory in the group to meet customer expectations;
- Ensure that synergies are being developed with other Eurofins laboratories in Brazil and abroad;
- Participate in ongoing projects;
Improve your technical knowledge and obtain information about the industry sectors under your responsibility, aiming to offer the best support to customers and clarify doubts;
- Prepare and adapt proposals according to the client's needs/requests;
- Send, confirm receipt and support the monitoring of proposals;
- Serve the customer, aiming to identify their demands and needs;
- Keep customer registration information updated in the integrated system;
- Support in prospecting new customers through market research;
- Support the financial department with customer billing and collection;
- Serve customers via telephone, web or other means, identifying their needs and forwarding them to the competent areas to resolve their demands;
Monitor the progress of solutions and provide the customer with the necessary feedback within the agreed deadlines and the company's quality standards, respecting internal standards and policies;
Insert the service notes made into the CRM system, as well as the resolution status;
Carry out post-sales activities, involving satisfaction surveys;
Carry out post-service contact with customers in order to measure satisfaction with the service provided as well as satisfaction with the resolution of the problem highlighted;
Perform other related activities, as necessary, or at the discretion of your superior.
Requirements
Behavioral skills
- Dynamism, communication, customer focus, interpersonal relationships, proactivity, commitment.
- Required education: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Agronomy, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition and related courses.
- Additional training: Completed degree is an advantage.
- Languages and expected level: Basic English.
- Previous experience (type and duration): 1 to 3 years of experience. Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office.
