As Pessoa Analytics Engineer III, you will work in the Data Finance ecosystem, being a focal point on the GBBS and Treasury fronts. The position aims to accelerate data intelligence in the company's operational and cash management routines, encompassing processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and tax receipts. With high autonomy, you will deal with multidisciplinary data challenges, evolving high-impact analytical products for the business and offering direct support for the technical development of stakeholders and the team:

Data Architecture and Engineering: Modeling and development of data pipelines and procedures directly in a BigQuery environment;

Analytics and Data Visualization: Construction of Business Intelligence solutions and end-to-end data products to support financial decision making;

Multidisciplinary Action: Flexible stance and holistic vision to work beyond traditional BI, following the technical evolution of the area;

Interface with Stakeholders and Didactics: Constant relationship with GBBS and Treasury teams, ensuring didactics and facilitating data understanding;

Critical Vision and Innovation: Analytical and rigorous evaluation of the outputs of Artificial Intelligence models and solutions applied to ecosystem products;

Orchestration of routines and direct queries to guarantee performance in BigQuery;

Partnership with Product Managers and engineering in prioritizing and organizing the team's backlog;

Mapping of financial sources to ensure data quality, consistency and governance;

Continuous identification of opportunities for optimization and automation of financial processes.

Solid command of SQL for advanced queries, stored procedures and data modeling;

Experience with BigQuery and Airflow in managing and orchestrating analytical routines;

Solid experience with datavis development and building end-to-end data products;

Proven ability to act with high autonomy and resolve complex technical problems;

Communication skills, interpersonal intelligence and consultative stance to exert multifunctional influence and technical teaching with stakeholders;

High adaptability to changing contexts, new technologies and multidisciplinary demands.

Visualization and Semantic Layer: Experience in building interactive dashboards (Looker or Data Studio). A strong advantage is having experience with building metrics layers and semantic modeling (LookML).

Software Engineering applied to Data: Experience with code versioning (Git), Code Reviews, Pull Requests and CI/CD mats.

Requirements Analysis and Autonomy: Ability to work directly with the functional team to lead the gathering of requirements, translate business needs into technical scope and conduct the execution of demands from end to end independently.

Ingestion via APIs: Experience in data extraction via third-party APIs (e.g. Google, Meta, Salesforce, etc.), dealing with authentication, pagination and incremental loads.

Experience with Python focused on data science, machine learning or AI agents;

It will be a plus if you have

Practical or domain knowledge in corporate finance (accounts payable/receivable, tax receipt or treasury);

Critical vision in the use and validation of Artificial Intelligence tools in the analytical engineering flow.
