Ensure the implementation of standard SAP EWM functionalities, participating in the definition of solutions between squads and products, creating and updating the solution reference design (CD template);
Have a systemic vision and in-depth knowledge of SAP EWM to propose improvements and problem resolutions, in addition to thinking about scalable solutions and promoting reuse to ensure the sustainability of the template/product;
- Support key users in adapting processes to standard SAP functionality;
- Ensure that integrations with satellite systems are operational and monitored;
- Supports the Product and Tech Manager team in creating and maintaining a culture of collaboration;
Active technical representative in the Discovery, Refinement, Development, Testing and Delivery Monitoring ceremonies participating with the Product Manager (PM) and Tech Manager (TM) in the upstream and downstream, evaluating the solution as a whole;
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective);
Manages technical debt in conjunction with the Tech Manager, ensuring that technical documentation is always up to date and feeding the technical backlog and approving technical features.
What do you need to have or know?
- Participation in at least 2 complete SAP EWM implementations;
- Experience in implementing SAP EWM and solid knowledge in Logistics processes;
- Knowledge of application catalog in EWM;
- Experience in infrastructure linked to the implementation of EWM projects (Bar Code Printers, Collectors);
- Knowledge of industrial automation processes (WCS x EWM);
- Experience in designing solutions for large CDs using SAP Standard solutions;
Know the SAP Activate methodology and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), mastery of techniques for discovery, prototyping.
Requirements
It will be a plus if you have
- Knowledge of integration technologies and SAP BTP;
- Ease of conducting workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and validate solutions;
- Ability to communicate complex ideas concisely to different audiences (stakeholders, team, technical teams, operational teams);
- Negotiation skills;
Intermediate English desirable.
