PAM Security Technician (CyberArk)

Role Summary

At Logicalis Spain we are looking for two CyberArk PAM Technicians to join a managed cybersecurity service at a strategic client in the telecommunications sector.

Features

Basic administration of the CyberArk PAM platform.

Management of registrations, cancellations and modifications of privileged accounts.

Creation and maintenance of Safes.

Review of accounts, permissions and access.

Support on incidents related to connection, rotation and access to privileged credentials.

Monitoring of corrective tasks and service requests.

Credential rotation, verification and reconciliation error review.

Technical documentation of actions carried out.

Escalation of complex incidents to higher level profiles.

Collaboration with cybersecurity and operation teams in the continuous improvement of the service.

Participation in the daily operations of the PAM environment and support to internal users.

Valuable

Previous experience with CyberArk or similar PAM solutions.

Knowledge of CyberArk components: PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault and Safes.

Experience in managed cybersecurity services.

Basic knowledge of scripting or automation.

Certifications or official training at CyberArk.

Experience in identity and privileged access management.

Knowledge of operational security processes.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Technical training in systems, networks or cybersecurity.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration.
• General knowledge of Active Directory.
• Interest in PAM solutions and privileged access management.
• Capacity for analysis, organization and service orientation.
• Capacity for teamwork and continuous learning.
• Experience in technical support or administration of security platforms.
• Technical documentation and operational monitoring capacity.
