Role Summary

Its main functions will be

Carrying out preventive maintenance of general facilities (building air conditioning equipment,...)

Address breakdowns that arise in the facilities.

They will report their work to the team leader.

With knowledge in

Heating.

Electricity.

and/or Plumbing.

Corrective and preventive maintenance.

Web Tools.

With experience in

Team management.

Subcontractor management.

Valuable Training: RITE Card

Knowledge of hydraulics, electricity and plumbing.

Experience of at least 2 years

Requirements

• Training: Medium degree in heat production installations or refrigeration and air conditioning installations
• Other degrees such as boilermaking, electrical, and plumbing will also be valued.
