OCA Inspector Mechanic

🚀 What will be your mission?

You will be in charge of carrying out regulatory inspections and technical controls on industrial equipment and facilities, verifying compliance with the requirements established by the applicable regulations and guaranteeing the safety and reliability of the facilities.

🧩 What will you do in your day to day life?

Carrying out OCA regulatory inspections in the mechanical field.

Setting and checking safety valves.

Carrying out and supervising pressure tests on equipment and facilities.

Supervision and control of welding tests and trials.

Control and monitoring of welders approval and qualification processes.

Review and preparation of technical files associated with facilities and equipment.

Review of technical documentation and certificates of conformity.

Review and preparation of documentation related to the CE marking.

Identification and management of possible non-compliance or non-conformities.

Preparation of reports and inspection minutes.

Management and communication with clients during the development of inspections.

Monitoring regulatory requirements and updating in response to regulatory changes.

Requirements

• 🎓 What are we looking for in you?
• Technical training, preferably
• Industrial Engineering.
• Mechanical Engineering.
• Naval Engineering.
• 2 years prior experience in regulatory inspection, quality control or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of pressure equipment, welding and industrial regulations.
• Ability to interpret documentation and technical specifications.
• Driving license and availability to travel.
