Process Engineering Technician

Role Summary

Purchase and start-up of PAS machines such as dosing, pick and place, silicone and thermoplastic injection machines, dies, molds and other mechanical processes in the area.

Optimization of processes and compliance with technical specifications (materials, machine breakdowns and micro stops, tools, consumables, technical availability of machines, scrap, inventory deviations, additional material consumption).

Problem solving and specific programming with vision tools.

Optimize cycle times, scrap, repair times and incidents.

HW & SW installation, knowledge and use of MES. Use of I4.0 tools in processes and tests in the area.

Contact with product and process development departments for the management of specifications, design optimizations and in general the Know-How of the company.

Support to the IPN where we are the leading plant.

Requirements

• Minimum Training Cycle Higher Degree mechatronic specialty or industrial engineering mechanical specialty.
• Language knowledge: Advanced English (level B2 – C1) and, valuable, intermediate German (level B2).
• Digital Skills. Use of MS Office, operating systems (Windows, Linux), data analysis using commercial tools.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to new tasks and learning.
• Availability to travel and stay abroad.
