Sustainability Technician at Eurofins in Elche, VC, Spain.
Role Summary
- Conducting audits
- R&D in projects in the textile industry, related to the field of sustainability
- Support in laboratory tasks (physical analysis, microplastics)
- Document management
Requirements
- University degree: preferably related to the field of environmental sciences, chemistry, biology, textile engineering.
- Internal auditor of standards course, 9001 – 14001 – 45001. Previous experience in audit processes is valuable.
- Knowledge about: Circular Economy, Eco-design, Life Cycle Analysis. (Demonstrable with courses and/or experience.
- Preferred experience: ≥1 year.
- Language: English B2 or demonstrable experience.
Valuable
- Standards: 14006, 14040-14044.
- Know the textile certification schemes (GRS, RCS, OCS and GOTS).
- Knowledge of environmental product certifications.
- Knowledge of environmental legislation applicable to the Spanish industrial sector (Preferably textile).
- Chief Auditor (14001, 9001, 45001) and courses/experience in social audits (SA8000 or similar).
- Master in Environmental Management in the company / Master in Circular Economy / Master in Integrated Management Systems
