Responsibilities

What will your duties be?

• Identify and attract qualified talent
• Manage selection processes (interviews, technical tests)
• Evaluate competencies and candidate profiles
• Publish offers on specialized platforms
• Participation in the design and implementation of different development programs.
• Evaluate the performance and progress of employees.
• Preparation of development and talent reports.
• Propose career plans
• Database management.
• Preparation and monitoring of KPI tables.

Requirements

Within the HR Department of Aguas de Barcelona 📍 we are looking for a Selection and Development Technician with specific knowledge in selection, organizational design, transformation, management evaluation and talent development.

What can you contribute? 🎯

• University degree in Business Administration or Labor Relations.
• Master in Human Resources, RRLL or similar.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in similar functions.
• Ability to work as a team, managing multiple priorities.
• High capacity for analysis and data management.
• Willingness to learn, proactivity, autonomy and involvement.
• Driving license.
