Sample taking technician

Role Summary

We are looking to incorporate a versatile, organized and decisive person into our team.

You will mainly carry out field tasks, being responsible for taking samples and analyzing physicochemical parameters “in situ”, mainly for all types of water, within the framework of public and private clients.

The ideal candidate will have solid skills for planning, organization, interpersonal skills and high performance. The weekly schedule will be full-time adapted to the existing workload in the area.

Responsibilities

Monitoring of work schedules

Sampling

• “In situ” analysis of parameters such as pH, conductivity, temperature, chlorine, oxygen, transparency, turbidity, chlorine, ...
• Agile incident reporting on the work performed
• Work under quality system.

Requirements

• Valid B driving license
• Immediate incorporation
• Residence near the city of Murcia
• Preferably a higher or intermediate degree in the branch of sciences (chemical, environmental, biological,...).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Teamwork ability

• Knowledge of the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Standard is valuable.
• Experience in sampling and “in situ” analysis is valuable.
