Role Summary
We are looking for a TECHNICIAN Specialist in Regulatory Compliance whose main function is to respond to customer service requests by updating and monitoring regulations related to electrical/electronic products, bazaars, toys and others (non-food / non-pharmacy) for the marketing of products in Spain. Additionally, you will manage technical documentation and respond to regulatory queries.
Languages
Spanish (peninsula variant): mother tongue
English: Medium-high level.
Medium-advanced level office package, especially Excel.
As they are documentary processes, an organized and methodical person is required, accustomed to working as a team.
Minimum experience required of 2 years.

Split day: Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities
In detail this professional will perform
- Updating product sheets and database with legal and regulatory requirements (electrical/electronic products, bazaar, toys, etc.).
- Biweekly monitoring of changes in CEN-CENELEC standards and updating of internal reports.
- Identification and analysis of files affected by regulatory changes, including the estimation of associated costs.
- Provide technical support and consulting to internal departments on applicable legislation.
You will join Regulatory's services team that also offers its services in other sectors. You will report directly to the person responsible for regulatory services.
Requirements
- Higher degree electrical/electronic specialty.
- Knowledge of the European and national regulatory-legal framework of the electrical/electronic sector to be able to apply current regulations to the products evaluated as well as knowledge of electrical safety in electrical/electronic consumer products.
