We are selecting a Medical Device Certification Audit Planning Technician for our Madrid team:

Your mission will be to carry out the complete management of the audit planning process of different certification schemes together with our clients and auditors.

• Preparation of commercial offers for clients
• Audit planning and auditor agenda
• Provide technical-administrative support to auditors to manage incidents in files and to other interested parties such as clients and the Global office

Requirements

• What are we looking for in you?
• Training linked to Administration, although we will also value positively if you have university training in science degrees.
• Experience in a Quality Management System in a certification entity will be valued.
• Medium-high level of English.
• We are looking for a person with great organizational and planning skills. Methodical, proactive and rigorous in the application of work procedures.
