AI Prompt & Agent Engineer

Role Summary

At Logicalis Spain we are looking for an AI Prompt & Agent Engineer with experience in the design of advanced prompts, agent architecture and evaluation of conversational systems based on generative AI. We are looking for a person with technical vision and focus on Responsible AI in 100% remote mode.

Logicalis' Data & AI team works with national and international clients, carrying out important data engineering, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, data strategy, governance, integration and architecture projects, covering the entire data life cycle.

EXPERIENCE IN

Generative AI and NLP (LLMs).

Design and optimization of advanced prompts.

Multi-agent and RAG architectures.

Vector engines (vector DB, embeddings).

APIs and microservices.

Agent evaluation and benchmarking metrics.

Responsible AI and European AI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced prompts and reusable frameworks.
• Design and apply prompting strategies: zero-shot, one-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought and ReAct.
• Orchestration and architecture of agents (integration with RAG, vector engines, microservices, APIs and data pipelines).
• Run tests, benchmarks and monitor performance metrics.
• Apply Responsible AI policies and mitigate biases or sensitive information.
