SELECTION TECHNICIAN

Role Summary

From the HR area, we expanded our selection team. We are looking for a selection technician who wants to get involved in a growing structure, where their work has a direct impact and where they can contribute new ideas.

Responsibilities

The functions you will assume

• Carrying out the complete selection process, publishing offers and monitoring them on the different recruiting portals, curricular screening, dynamics, interviews, etc.
• Preparation of candidate reports.
• Preparation of reports on the selection processes based on the established KPIs and updating of the DB.
• Support in the implementation of new department procedures and protocols.

Requirements

• University degree (Psychology or similar) and Master in HR
• Minimum experience of 2 years as a selection technician
• High level of English is valuable
• Driving license and vehicle
• Valuable experience in industrial environments, HORECA sector or ETTs
• 100% In-person
