The Mâcon site represents more than 70 years of history in the field of Medium Voltage and employs 500 employees. We manufacture medium voltage cells ensuring the distribution of electricity and which allow our industrial, residential or tertiary customers to connect to the electrical network of energy distributors and to power their equipment. The challenges are numerous and the objectives ambitious. They can only be achieved through the quality and commitment of AMT employees.
Reporting to the "Method and Maintenance" manager and under the supervision of the maintenance coordinator, you will ensure curative and preventive maintenance of equipment dedicated to the site's production.
You are responsible for the proper functioning of machines and installations in order to ensure the safety, reliability and performance of the equipment.
You collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
You maintain and guarantee the availability of spare parts in stock.
Your main missions
Carry out corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Process intervention requests from people on the production line
- Carry out troubleshooting (diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automation breakdowns)
- Carry out repairs and replacements of defective parts
- Record interventions in the CMMS
Carry out preventive maintenance according to established rules
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the production tool
- Carry out regular interventions planned by the CMMS and record them in the tool
- Coordinate the intervention of service providers for regulatory maintenance
Cooperate with the methods department in the choice and development of means of production
Requirements
- Holder of a BAC PRO / BTS / License or equivalent (specialty: Maintenance, electrotechnics) with experience of at least 1 year in maintenance intervention in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge in the field of mechanics, automation and electricity
- Sense of service and listening to the customer
- Sense of urgency
- Reading plans, electrical diagrams
- Ability to detect and diagnose breakdowns
- Use Computer Aided Maintenance Management tools
- Mastery of office tools
- Sense of communication with all stakeholders
- Availability, autonomy and spirit of initiative
- English (written and oral B1)
