Work to ensure the quality of systems, applications and digital products.

Plan, create and execute functional and non-functional test cases and scenarios.

Perform manual and/or automated tests on web, mobile applications or APIs.

Identify, record and monitor defects and inconsistencies in developed functionalities.

Collaborate with development, product and business teams to ensure quality in deliveries.

Support in defining strategies and test plans for new features.

Participate in the validation of requirements and acceptance criteria for deliveries.

Perform regression, integration and functionality validation tests.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and practices.

Support the evolution of test automation and QA best practices within teams.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in software testing (QA).
• Experience in creating and executing test cases.
• Knowledge in functional, exploratory and regression testing.
• Experience with recording and tracking bugs in management tools.
• Familiarity with agile development processes (Scrum or Kanban).
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and quality-oriented profile.
• Good communication for interaction with development and product teams.

Differences

• Experience with test automation.
• Knowledge in API testing.
• Experience with testing web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and quality pipelines.
• Certifications related to QA (e.g. ISTQB).

Support the definition of personalization and communication strategies based on customer behavior and profile.

Good communication and ease of teamwork.

Experience with integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.

Excel and data analysis tools.

Create and evolve communication rules and customer relationship strategies, focusing on retention, engagement and loyalty;

Develop and implement automated marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

Build, configure and monitor automations through tools such as Data Extensions (DE), Automation Studio and Journey Builder;

Segment customer bases for targeted campaigns and communications;

Plan and execute multichannel journeys, ensuring a consistent experience throughout the relationship cycle;

Configure triggers, entry rules, segmentation criteria and automated actions in journeys;
