• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows and customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service;
• Create and maintain flows in Power Automate and applications in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven);
• Develop JavaScript scripts for Dynamics 365 forms and events;
• Design and implement APIs and services in .NET Core/C#, following good architectural and testing practices;
• Develop and maintain integrations using Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions and Kafka;
• Work with MongoDB databases and distributed cache with Redis;
• Deploy, monitor and manage applications in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service);
• Support the DevOps team in creating CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps;
• Apply Spec Driven Development (SDD) practices using Kiro in the development cycle;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Product, QA and Architecture, in agile methodologies;

Document technical solutions and good development practices.

• Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service;
• Advanced knowledge in plugin development with C# and Dynamics SDK;
• Advanced experience with Power Automate, including business flows and automations;
• Advanced experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-driven);
• Mastery of JavaScript applied to forms and customizations in Dynamics 365;
• Microsoft PL-200 or PL-400 certification;
• Senior experience in .NET Core and C# for backend development;
• Practical experience with Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, AKS and Azure DevOps;
• Experience with MongoDB, Kafka and Redis;
• Minimum six months experience with Spec Driven Development (SDD) using Kiro;
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Solid knowledge of Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with automated, unit and integration tests in .NET;
• Knowledge of observability practices, including logs, metrics and tracing;
• Intermediate or advanced English for reading technical documentation;
• Experience in integration projects between CRM and legacy systems or ERP;

Good communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Support the definition of personalization and communication strategies based on customer behavior and profile.

Experience with integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.

Excel and data analysis tools.

Create and evolve communication rules and customer relationship strategies, focusing on retention, engagement and loyalty;

Develop and implement automated marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

Build, configure and monitor automations through tools such as Data Extensions (DE), Automation Studio and Journey Builder;

Segment customer bases for targeted campaigns and communications;

Plan and execute multichannel journeys, ensuring a consistent experience throughout the relationship cycle;

Configure triggers, entry rules, segmentation criteria and automated actions in journeys;
