• Develop, maintain and evolve applications and solutions using Python;
• Participate in the definition and evolution of systems and applications architecture;
• Develop APIs, microservices and integrations between corporate systems;
• Work on building scalable, resilient and high-performance solutions;
• Participate in technical discussions, definition of requirements and design of solutions;
• Implement good development, versioning, testing and code quality practices;
• Perform integrations with databases, internal systems and external services;
• Support modernization processes and technological evolution of applications;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at all stages of the development cycle;
• Work on identifying and resolving problems, ensuring stability and performance of solutions;
• Contribute to the dissemination of good development and architecture practices;
• Participate in automation, continuous improvement and technological innovation initiatives;

Use Artificial Intelligence tools and resources to support development and increase delivery productivity.

• Solid experience with Python;
• Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django or others;
• Experience with ORMs, such as SQLAlchemy, Django ORM or others;
• Caching strategies in the backend layer using tools such as Redis and/or Memcache;
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, among others;
• Be able to model database entities;
• Knowledge in developing REST APIs, including good design practices, authentication, authorization, security and use of JWT/OAuth2;
• Experience with automated testing using pytest, unittest or equivalent frameworks, including practices such as TDD and/or BDD;
• Experience with version control using Git;

Experience in agile teams using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or similar.

Development in a Linux environment;

Consistent understanding of the HTTP/HTTPS protocols and their verbs;

Experience with Docker and application containerization.

Differentiators

• Knowledge of software architecture and architectural patterns;
• Experience with web servers and reverse proxy, such as NGINX;
• Experience with messaging and asynchronous processing (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Celery, among others);
• Some knowledge of JavaScript, React and;

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using tools such as Terraform or others.

• Observability (Logs, Metrics and Tracing);
• OpenAPI/Swagger;
• Experience with microservices;
• Some experience with AWS services, such as S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, among others;

Knowledge of CI/CD processes.

Support the definition of personalization and communication strategies based on customer behavior and profile.

Good communication and ease of teamwork.

Experience with integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.

Excel and data analysis tools.

Create and evolve communication rules and customer relationship strategies, focusing on retention, engagement and loyalty;

Develop and implement automated marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

Build, configure and monitor automations through tools such as Data Extensions (DE), Automation Studio and Journey Builder;

Segment customer bases for targeted campaigns and communications;

Plan and execute multichannel journeys, ensuring a consistent experience throughout the relationship cycle;

Configure triggers, entry rules, segmentation criteria and automated actions in journeys;
