MAIN ACTIVITIES: Responsible for developing and keeping the system's testing strategy updated, building the necessary artifacts to execute the tests, keeping the test scripts and artifacts updated, monitoring the development of demands since their conception.

Maintain running the entire structure that makes up the tests of the systems involved, such as mass, scripts, artifacts, simulators, routines and business processes of the systems;

Carry out test management and planning, with the ability to generate basic test documentation such as strategy, plans, test cases and scripts, etc.;

Create scripts in specific tools, automated and non-automated, as well as execute them recording and analyzing the results;

Perform acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional and non-functional tests (exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress and load) according to the needs of each demand (according to impact analysis or needs defined by the client);

• Build mocks, stubs and/or simulators in order to enable the execution of tests;
• Evaluate the non-functional performance requirements of a system through the use of specific tools and monitors;
• Monitor and monitor system test coverage levels, promoting increased coverage whenever necessary;
• Record errors found after carrying out the tests, relating them to the relevant work products;
• Evaluate the result of each test cycle;
• Support managers and teams responsible for approving system demands;
• Create tests based on business scenarios, model tests based on experience and defects;
• Understand the operation of the systems under test;
• Develop software testing scenarios and identify common software failures and errors;
• Understand business, requirements, programming and testing to act as co-responsible for the entire development cycle;
• Perform ATDD, BDD and/or Specification by Example;
• Carry out maintenance of system cycles (active approval) in defined environments, with daily, monthly, batch and interface routines;
• Plan/execute tests to align the scope of the discipline with the available deadline;
• Evaluate the most common security aspects indicated by the OWASP body ();
• Use specialized tools in automation, performance and planning, management and execution of tests;
• Create scripts in specialist tools, as well as work with automated execution with variable data mass (datapool);
• Perform maintenance of system cycles in the client's laboratory environment, as well as daily, monthly, batch and interface routines;

Identify security vulnerabilities and propose system improvements.

Responsible for the development, monitoring and evolution of Minimally Viable Products (MVP), including the experiment with the end user or test group, control and monitoring of results;

Work on defining, controlling and reporting performance indicators for innovations/new products;

Articulate actions between multidisciplinary teams, focusing on short, medium and long-term results;

Work with partners, defining, prioritizing and providing guidance on solutions and schedules.

Requirements

Completed degree in the area of Information Technology, or completion of any higher education course accompanied by a postgraduate course certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in the area of Information Technology of at least 360 hours.

• CTFL-AT - Certified Tester Certification
• Foundation Level - Agile Tester from BSTQB or
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile
