• Develop medium and high complexity automations using UiPath;
• Carry out the survey and analysis of technical and functional requirements with the business areas;
• Evaluate processes and propose the best technical approach for automation;
• Design and implement RPA solutions following architecture, security, governance and development standards;
• Perform corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance of existing robots;
• Integrate automations with different systems, including ERPs, CRMs, databases, web and desktop applications and REST APIs;
• Develop solutions using REFramework, ensuring standardization, resilience and ease of maintenance;
• Configure and manage queues, assets, triggers, jobs and schedules through UiPath Orchestrator;
• Implement efficient mechanisms for handling exceptions, logs, retries and monitoring automation;
• Perform and support unit and integrated tests and approvals, ensuring stability and quality of deliveries;

Work on the investigation and resolution of incidents in a productive environment, carrying out root cause analysis when necessary.

• Prepare and keep the technical and functional documentation of automations up to date;
• Apply good code versioning practices using Git;
• Identify opportunities for improvement, reuse of components and optimization of existing automation;
• Participate in the publishing, implementation and monitoring processes of automation in production;
• Technically support less experienced professionals, sharing knowledge and reviewing solutions when necessary;
• Participate in agile rituals, refinements, estimates and technical discussions with the teams involved;

Support the definition and evolution of RPA development and governance standards.

Solid experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath.

Experience with developing medium and high complexity automation.

Mastery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and good practices.

Solid knowledge of programming logic.

Experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

Experience with REFramework.

Experience with Queues, Assets, Triggers and Jobs in UiPath Orchestrator.

Experience with automation of web and desktop applications.

Experience in handling Excel, CSV and TXT files.

Knowledge of SQL databases.

Experience with integration and consumption of REST APIs.

Knowledge of code versioning with Git.

Experience with structured exception handling, logs and monitoring.

Experience in supporting and troubleshooting automation in a production environment.

Ability to analyze requirements and propose technical solutions autonomously.

Desirable Requirements

Knowledge of NoSQL databases.

Advanced experience in implementing and customizing REFramework.

Knowledge of other development languages or technologies, such as C#, .NET, Python or PowerShell.

Experience with integration between multiple corporate systems.

Knowledge in architecture and governance of RPA solutions.

Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Knowledge of CI/CD practices applied to automation.

UiPath certifications, such as UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional or equivalent.

Excel and data analysis tools.

Create and evolve communication rules and customer relationship strategies, focusing on retention, engagement and loyalty;

Develop and implement automated marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

Build, configure and monitor automations through tools such as Data Extensions (DE), Automation Studio and Journey Builder;

Segment customer bases for targeted campaigns and communications;

Plan and execute multichannel journeys, ensuring a consistent experience throughout the relationship cycle;

Configure triggers, entry rules, segmentation criteria and automated actions in journeys;
