Responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality software – planning, implementing and automating quality assurance tests;

Plan, define, implement, identify tests (for example: regression, functional, data validation, system integration, exploratory, load or performance) for new and/or existing functionality;

Monitor the testing process and results in each cycle and evaluate overall quality.

• Graduation from a higher-level course in the Technology area, or completion of any higher-level course accompanied by a postgraduate course certificate;
• Preparation of test cases;
• Concepts of failure, defect and error;
• Testing criteria;
• Testing strategies;
• Specification of test plans;
• Model V" of tests;
• Test-oriented programming (TDD);
• Testing procedures;
• Testing requirements;
• Unit, acceptance, integration and TDD tests;
• Unit, integration, system/functional, acceptance/story, load, performance, vulnerability, usability, accessibility testing;

Automation of functional, unit and load tests using software tools, such as: Selenium Webdriver, Protractor, JUnit and JMeter.
