• Work on the evolution, maintenance and support of the solution already developed;
• Carry out adjustments, corrections and development of new features;
• Support the completion and evolution of integrations between systems;
• Develop and maintain Back-End solutions using Go (Golang);
• Develop and evolve Front-End interfaces using;
• Develop, consume and maintain APIs for integration between systems;
• Participate in technical analyses, estimates and solution definitions;
• Ensure the quality, performance and stability of applications;
• Support the technical documentation of the implementations carried out;

Work together with the teams involved in the project to ensure the delivery of demands within the established deadlines.

• Solid experience in Back-End development with Go (Golang);
• Solid experience in Front-End development with;
• Knowledge in development and integration of REST APIs;
• Experience with integration between systems;
• Experience in maintenance and evolution of corporate applications;
• Knowledge of code versioning using Git;

Ability to analyze, solve problems and act in a collaborative environment.

Support the definition of personalization and communication strategies based on customer behavior and profile.

Good communication and ease of teamwork.

Experience with integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.

Excel and data analysis tools.

Create and evolve communication rules and customer relationship strategies, focusing on retention, engagement and loyalty;

Develop and implement automated marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

Build, configure and monitor automations through tools such as Data Extensions (DE), Automation Studio and Journey Builder;

Segment customer bases for targeted campaigns and communications;

Plan and execute multichannel journeys, ensuring a consistent experience throughout the relationship cycle;

Configure triggers, entry rules, segmentation criteria and automated actions in journeys;
