Define, implement and evolve the organization's testing strategy, covering functional, integration, regression, end-to-end (E2E) and exploratory tests, ensuring adequate coverage of requirements, mitigating risks and increasing the reliability of deliveries;

Act as a reference in software quality, influencing technical decisions and supporting development, product and business teams in adopting good practices that contribute to the stability and excellence of solutions;

Design, develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Java and Robot Framework, promoting scalability, standardization, reuse of components and optimization of validation processes;

Implement and sustain the BDD (Behavior Driven Development) approach through the use of Gherkin, ensuring traceability between requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios, in addition to greater alignment between technical and business areas;

Act strategically in the construction and evolution of CI/CD pipelines, using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab, integrating test automation into the DevOps flow and strengthening the culture of continuous quality;

Monitor and analyze logs, metrics and quality indicators, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement, as well as proposing and monitoring preventive and corrective actions;

Manage and monitor the testing cycle through tools such as Jira and Xray, ensuring governance, traceability, visibility of deliveries and compliance with established processes;

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining acceptance criteria, planning validations, reviewing requirements and monitoring deliveries, ensuring quality from the initial stages of development;

Contribute to the continuous evolution of QA processes, promoting good practices, automation, standardization and improving the operational efficiency of technology teams.

Solid experience with test automation using Java and Robot Framework.

Strong experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and writing scenarios in Gherkin.

Consolidated experience in integration testing, including REST and SOAP APIs and services.

Practical knowledge of SQL Server and MongoDB databases.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.

Experience with test management tools, especially Jira and Xray.

Experience in monitoring quality metrics, analyzing logs and monitoring indicators.

Ability to structure, implement and evolve software quality processes.

Fluent English for participation in meetings, technical alignments and preparation of documentation.

Differences

Experience in Cloud environments, preferably IBM Cloud.

Experience in the Insurance segment.

Software Quality Certifications, such as ISTQB CTFL, CTAL and Agile Tester.

Knowledge of Spanish.

Experience in creating, standardizing and evolving automated testing processes.

Ability to act as a technical reference in quality and automation initiatives.

Required Language

Advanced Spanish.

Academic Training

Complete Higher Education in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related areas.
