We are looking for a Process Quality Analyst, focused on Compliance to be a key player in the support and maintenance of our Information Security Management System (SGSI), certified to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. Looking for a practical environment to apply standards, deal with structured processes and ensure that information security truly happens on a daily basis.

You will work directly to ensure that our security processes and controls are effectively in operation, updated and properly demonstrated on a daily basis.

🎯 Your routine will include

Management of the SGSI: Keep the inventory of controls in Annex A, the Declaration of Applicability (SoA) and the risk matrix updated, in addition to supporting critical analysis cycles by management.

Gap Analysis: Carry out periodic analyzes comparing ISO/IEC 27001 requirements with internal practices, documenting opportunities for improvement.

Evidence Management: Collect, organize, audit and version evidence of controls with responsible leaders and teams.

Monitoring of Action Plans: Monitor non-conformities and action plans until their effective closure, managing deadlines and punctually charging those responsible.

Audits and Documentation: Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits, keeping the entire documentary base (policies, standards and procedures) updated.

Safety Culture: Support the execution of awareness campaigns and strict control of mandatory team training.

Differentiators

Previous practical experience in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) routines, internal auditing or quality management.

Experience in the technology or software development (SaaS) segment.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education studying or completed in Information Security, Information Systems, IT, Administration or related areas.
• Technical Knowledge: Conceptual knowledge of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard and safety management systems.
• Organization and Documentary Accuracy: Ability to track pending issues, keep repositories and spreadsheets always updated and meet deadlines consistently.
• Assertive Communication: Excellent written communication in Portuguese for clearly writing procedures, minutes, policies and action plans.
• Tools: Proficiency in spreadsheets and collaborative documentation tools (such as Google Workspace, Confluence, SharePoint or similar).
• Collaborative and Resilient Profile: Interpersonal skills and firmness to demand evidence and deadlines from other areas with tact and diplomacy.
