Role Summary
At Schneider Electric, the Field Services team carries out manufacturer maintenance on Schneider brand inverters for all types of customers (Data Centers, Hospitals, Banks and even the Tertiary sector).
Reporting to the Regional Executions Services Manager and within a team of 15 Technicians, you will ensure the maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of roaming inverters for the Île-de-France region.
Your main missions
- Carry out preventive and corrective interventions, as well as commissioning efficiently and in compliance with processes
- Respect customer safety and environmental instructions
- Respect the schedule put in place by the dedicated teams
- Systematically carry out a risk analysis before starting your work
- Write and submit intervention reports for our clients
- Enter all useful data into the business information system within the planned deadlines
- Collect and report needs (quality, performance, functionalities)
- Permanently maintain good customer relations and pro-active communication
- Report any sales and/or service opportunities to our customers with our sales teams
- Be the promoter among our customers of our “Security” know-how and our digital offers
Requirements
- Bac to Bac+2 minimum in the field of electricity or electrical engineering
- A first experience in maintenance is a plus
Your skills
- Mastery of IT tools
- Knowledge of inverters (maintenance and installation verification)
- Good sense of communication, autonomy and curiosity
- Good interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork
