SAP Technician - Roanne

Role Summary

You will join the Roanne service center and work on behalf of a major client in an environment with high operational and technological challenges. As such, you will work within a team of experts dedicated to operation, maintenance in operational conditions and the continuous improvement of the services provided.

Your role and missions

You collect needs from users in order to understand their expectations and challenges.

You are responsible for the proper functioning and optimization of application tools and ERP systems, in particular SAP.

You participate in the design and writing of functional and/or technical specifications.

You ensure the functional configuration of SAP and ensure its continuous improvement.

You carry out unit tests and support users in the validation phases.

You bring your technical expertise to resolve difficulties encountered by users.

You write the procedures and ensure the knowledge base is updated.

You master procurement processes, purchasing as well as inventory and item management.

You have a good knowledge of invoice control and order tracking mechanisms.

You understand the processes related to sales administration. You have knowledge of financial accounting.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Bac+2/3 to Bac+5 school in a technology, IT environment, specialized in data management or financial management or even logistics.
• You have a solid technical base acquired through initial development experience in an ERP environment (SAP and other). Your curiosity and taste for learning have also allowed you to familiarize yourself with one or more of the main SAP modules. You have both technical and functional knowledge.
• You are rigorous, methodical, and have a good capacity for synthesis. Passionate about information and communication technologies, you are autonomous and creative, you like working in a team.
• Fluency in English is an asset.
