Global Industrial and Commercial Plan Manager – Fittings (M/F)

Role Summary

Within the Fluid Connectors Systems Division and reporting to the Operations Director, your role is to drive alignment between business needs, inventory levels and production unit activities at a global level. So, your missions are as follows:

Ensure overall planning and completion of the inventory

• Define locations, quality and stock levels to guarantee service policy
• Align customer order flows with production and distribution footprint
• Consolidate and monitor production and supply planning to meet accumulated deadlines and customer demand
• Develop, standardize and improve overall planning processes

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the SiOP process

• Manage the overall forecast by aligning sales and sales teams on projected volumes
• Integrate the evolution of the product portfolio into demand planning, in collaboration with product managers and sales teams
• Consolidate supply chain information into the SiOP process
• Ensure the maintenance of data and Master Data in the business software in accordance with the results of the SiOP
• Ensure alignment of quantities with valued revenue, cost and inventory to prepare for reconciliation and executive review

Manager scope

• Manage the daily activity and performance of the department made up of 15 people.
• You join a community of Stäubli managers and are supported to achieve the human and business objectives of your environment. In this role, you represent management, manage the team on a daily basis and ensure the development of your team's performance.
• Mobility: regular international travel (25% of working time)

Requirements

• Training: Bac+5 in supply chain or general engineering school. A diploma of a different level supplemented with significant experience is admitted.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in a similar position with initial management experience

Special knowledge

• Knowledge of demand management processes and international flows
• Knowledge of logistics flows and the supply chain
• Master inventory management techniques
• ERP software ideally SAP
• APICS certification is a plus
• Foreign language: fluency in English essential
• Qualities: interpersonal skills, rigor, team spirit and analysis
