Role Summary
Reporting to General Management, you carry out Supply Chain functions, mainly procurement, planning and purchasing.
The main mission is to ensure the continuous coordination of product flows in order to satisfy the demands of internal departments and customers.
Optimizing costs, deadlines, quantity and quality is an integral part of the function.
Your main missions to be carried out via an ERP will be:
- Forecast and analyze needs,
- Establish, validate and enter operating ranges with the Technical and Operations departments,
- Plan orders and production schedules for the workshop and external sites in a system,
- Control and manage receipts and monitor non-conformities,
- Manage stocks (parts, equipment, tools, consumables, etc.),
- Prepare shipments and organize transport with the Operations department,
- Prepare and ensure material logistics and equipment for the workshop and external sites in collaboration with the Operations department,
- Prospect, negotiate and develop partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors,
- Analyze and place purchase orders,
- Develop, present to Management and monitor dashboards.
Requirements
- Woman or man with min. training Bac +2 or equivalent in logistics, you have a first successful experience (5 years minimum) in these functions.
- English language essential to communicate very regularly with our foreign interlocutors.
- Mastery of IT tools including an ERP type M3, SAP, or other essential
- CACES Forklift driver is an advantage
