Assistant(e) Production

Role Summary

As a production assistant at the Veauche site, you will be the direct link between production and the HR department.

Workforce/Training

• Is the daily contact for the RB and the temporary agency, for everything relating to additional staff needs

-Is in close collaboration with the cold sector supervisor, for the determination of variable labor and the management of production hazards.

-Provides the necessary data for the planning of temporary workers

-Organizes training and understudies for groups of temporary workers

-Guarantees that the list of authorizations is kept up to date by organizing appropriate training for shift staff

-Ensures the recruitment and monitoring of the interim pool

Production

-Back-Up to carry out production accounts

Responsibilities

Your missions/responsibilities

• -Collects the needs for additional personnel in the brigades/daily services, ensuring the relevance of the qualifications requested.
• -Allocates the number of people needed in inter-brigade taking into account authorizations or qualifications and legal constraints.
• -Ensures the administrative management of the training of shift teams.
• -Works in collaboration with the RHS service, the temporary employment agency
• -Entry of production data into SAP and preparation of reports in collaboration with UPR Production.

Requirements

-From Bac to Bac +2 minimum

-Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook software

-Knowledge in administrative and legal management of personnel

• Rigor, method, sense of organization, perseverance, discretion
• -Good management of stress and priorities
• -Sense of relationships: dialogue, listening
