Reception Team Leader M/F

Role Summary

Within the logistics warehouse, you are responsible for the Reception sector.

• In this capacity, you manage a team of around twenty employees. You are in particular responsible for:
• Animation and support for your team, with a view to efficiency and quality
• The organization of your sector, management and optimization of flows
• Animation and monitoring of performance (Quality, Deadline, Productivity)
• Compliance with safety rules

Reporting to warehouse management.

Requirements

• With a Bac+2 min diploma, you are a manager, with solid experience in team management, in production or logistics.
