Electrical Safety Technician

Role Summary

Your main missions will be as follows

• Writing of test procedures according to normative standards
• Complete support for technical certification projects on electrical/electronic products
• Carrying out electrical safety tests
• Write test reports following international frameworks
• Ensure compliance with deadlines agreed with the client
• Interface and test management with E&E Europe entities for specific tests
• Project monitoring and reporting with the client
• Active participation in audits related to laboratory development

Requirements

• Minimum BAC+2/+3 training in Physical / Electrical / Electronics Measurements
• Minimum 5 years experience in an electrical safety laboratory
• In-depth knowledge of IEC/EN 60335-1 & IEC/EN62368-1 standards
• Knowledge of the IEC/EN 61010-1 standard would be a plus
• Knowledge of the CB scheme and the process linked to NRTL brands
• French mother tongue. Fluent English, written and spoken (technical included)
