Senior software development analyst

Role Summary

The Senior Backend Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend solutions using Java, ensuring the high quality and performance of applications. This role requires solid technical experience and the ability to work collaboratively with the development team.

Responsibilities

Main daily activities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of the software architecture.
• Implement good development practices and market standards.
• Ensure code quality through automated reviews and testing.
• Collaborate with other areas to align technological solutions with business objectives.
• Develop new functionalities and maintain existing solutions.
• Reverse engineer legacy systems to build new systems.
• Monitor and optimize application performance.
• Actively participate in strategic decisions related to software development.
• Ensure adequate technical documentation of the solutions developed.
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers, promoting a continuous learning environment.
• Solid experience in backend development with Java.
• Experience in Rest API development | GraphQL.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with code versioning tools (GIT) and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Cloud services, especially AWS.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

• Experience with application monitoring tools such as DataDog | Dynatrace and Splunk | Grafana.
• Technical certifications in relevant areas (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Experience in technological innovation and digital transformation projects.
