What will you do here

Implement evolve and maintain card authorization transactional journeys, ensuring efficient communication with fraud prevention and credit domains.

Develop robust integrations using Go (Golang), gRPC and AWS, prioritizing high availability and low latency.

Diagnose and solve complex problems in critical environments, promoting continuous improvements in performance and resilience.

Define and disseminate backend technical standards, good security and performance practices for the team.

Lead code reviews, refactoring of existing systems, and resolution of critical production incidents.

Design, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for distributed systems with a focus on automation and reliability.

Ensure the observability of systems through DataDog, promoting efficient monitoring and incident response

What We Hope You Know

Practical command of Go (Golang) for backend systems.

Experience in AWS (essential services for backend and cloud integration).

Development and consumption of APIs and microservices with gRPC.

Advanced source code management with Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution).

Creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.

Implementation of monitoring with DataDog.

Advanced knowledge in algorithms, data structure, performance and security for distributed applications

Which would be really cool if you knew

Previous experience with financial systems, mainly card authorization or fraud prevention.

Advanced knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging.

Mastery of machine learning techniques applied to fraud detection.

AWS or Go certifications.

Experience with DevSecOps practices in regulated or PCI-DSS environments.
