Role Summary

This is a Talent Bank for Backend Developers, aimed at professionals at different stages of their career: Junior, Full and Senior.

• Responsibilities vary according to seniority, but, in general, you will be able to:
• Work on the development and evolution of Backend solutions, from technical design to implementation and maintenance
• Participate in technical refinements, architecture discussions and solution definition
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product and Design teams
• Contribute to technical decisions, standards and good development practices
• Identify, prioritize and resolve bugs and technical debt
• Ensure quality, stability and scalability of solutions
• Share knowledge and contribute to the Backend Chapter
• Support the technical development of other people on the team (especially for Full and Senior levels)
• Participate in selection processes, supporting technical interviews (for more senior levels)
• Complete higher education
• Knowledge of programming logic, object orientation, data structures and APIs
• Experience or familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Understanding software architectures (monolith, microservices, event-driven, among others)
• Experience or interest in agile methodologies
• Interest in DevOps, CI/CD, quality and observability practices
