We are currently receiving resumes for Senior Backend Developer opportunities, with a focus on Java and/or . We have several vacancies available in this profile, and when you register, your CV will be analyzed with priority for these positions.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, promoting clear, empathetic and efficient communication between product, design and engineering areas.

Technically lead backend projects, supporting strategic decisions and sharing knowledge with less experienced developers.

Be a protagonist in identifying and solving problems, with a proactive stance and focus on sustainable solutions.

Demonstrate responsibility and autonomy in managing demands, deadlines and priorities, contributing to the good progress of the team.

Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective), with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and teamwork.

Maintain an open attitude to feedback and constant evolution, encouraging a learning culture within the team.

Solid experience in backend development with (Express or Nest JS) and Java (8+).

Familiarity with good software engineering practices, SOLID principles, design patterns and clean architecture.

Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs

Experience with relational (Oracle, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.

Familiarity with messaging and queuing tools, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or AWS SQS.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).

Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, contract) and tools such as JUnit, Jest, Mocha, etc.

Knowledge and use of APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, Elastic APM or similar for performance analysis and application tracking.
