Clerk (m/f/d) IT procurement

Role Summary

Procurement of external services You process orders for the procurement of software and services based on specifications. Together with the relevant experts, you will check and quality assure compliance with laws, governance, regulations, compliance, data protection and processes. You request missing documents and document them in an audit-proof manner.

Support with market inquiries and offer requests Within a given framework, you will support market inquiries and offer requests for new or changed external services. You will be responsible for the organizational implementation (coordination with purchasing, procurement of documents, compliance with deadlines, rejections and commitments, transfer to the ordering process).

Order creation and invoice clearing

You create the order in the ordering system and take over the goods receipt bookings according to proof of delivery. If differences arise, it is your job to find and resolve errors, and you will communicate with the parties involved (requirements, financial accounting, financial controlling, service providers).

Regulatory & Compliance

You check formal regulatory requirements and compliance aspects based on specifications. If there is a need for discussion, you will involve experts and ensure prompt clarification.

Requirements

• You have commercial training in an IT company or as an IT specialist.
• Professional experience in the procurement of software, licenses, maintenance and support or in the financial services sector is helpful, but not a requirement.
• An analytical and structured way of working as well as self-control comes naturally to you.
• In addition, you have a strong service and customer orientation towards internal departments, users and providers.
