Role Summary

• You will support our team in a varied and responsible role with the following focus:
• Sales support: Active support and relief of the field sales force
• Order management: Independent processing of customer orders
• Ordering deliveries and services
• Checking and accounting of incoming invoices as well as invoicing
• Monitoring of incoming payments
• Moderation of internal assembly meetings and coordination of appointments

Requirements

You have commercial training with basic technical knowledge (e.g. electronics) or technical training with strong commercial understanding

You have already acquired sound calculation knowledge

You are experienced in using MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams).

• In SAP you have a solid user experience
• Your way of working is independent, results-oriented and systematic
• You have initiative, assertiveness and a sense of responsibility
• You are characterized by a high level of commitment and flexibility and the ability to quickly understand complex relationships and act in a solution-oriented manner
• Strong communication skills in German for working with internal and external partners, suppliers and departments round off your profile
