Role Summary
You actively shape the company-wide initiative to improve and complete customer master data and implement measures independently.
You identify optimization potential in processes, data sets and systems and support their implementation.
You control and coordinate measures relating to customer master data - from planning and coordination to success monitoring.
You keep an eye on progress, dependencies, risks and resources and ensure transparent reporting.
You work on cross-departmental projects and take responsibility for sub-projects or work packages.
You coordinate requirements with departments and IT, moderate workshops and communicate results and decision-making needs in an appropriate manner.
Requirements
- You have completed a degree in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable analytically oriented qualification.
- You have initial professional experience in project, process or data management - ideally in the areas of customer master data, data quality or digitalization.
- You have experience in project management and plan and manage measures, work packages or sub-projects in a structured manner.
- You enjoy working at the interface between business and IT and have an understanding of data, processes and system landscapes.
- You have strong analytical skills and clear, targeted communication with different stakeholders.
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, prepare appointments and committees professionally and follow up on results in a binding manner.
- You have very good knowledge of spoken and written German.
