your tasks

Supporting the management and founding team with strategic priorities, decision-making and core operational initiatives

Independent management of demanding projects and responsibility for their results

Conducting in-depth market, competition and data analyzes to derive strategic recommendations

Establishing and optimizing company-wide processes and structures in close cooperation with the management team

Independently taking on and solving critical, time-dependent challenges in day-to-day business

your skills

Completed studies and relevant experience in consulting, venture building, strategy or fast startup environments

Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with very quick comprehension

High structuring ability and consistent, solution-oriented advancement of complex topics

Confident handling of data-based analyses, modern digital tools and AI applications

Excellent communication in German and English, addressable to managers and stakeholders
